Wild Gift takes early-stage social and environmental founders deep into backcountry for nearly 3 weeks. What emerges are clearer, more grounded, more resilient leaders. Over 150 Fellows later, the community doesn't fade. Alumni stay, mentor, lead the board, and call it the most impactful experience of their careers.
