The 2026 Fellowship Cohort has been selected!
Wild Gift is delighted to introduce this year’s Fellows, chosen after a rigorous selection process from a diverse and inspiring pool of applicants. The leaders below stood out for their exceptional leadership potential, commitment to social impact, innovative ventures, and readiness to fully engage in the Wild Gift Fellowship journey.
This year’s program will culminate in a deep wilderness trek in Escalante, Utah in 2026, where Fellows will be guided through an immersive experience designed to deepen connection, reflection, and leadership growth.

Daniel Moll (he/him) is the Founder and CEO of EarthSuds, a sustainable personal care startup. EarthSuds makes dissolvable tablets of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and body butter that are portable for travel and packaged without plastic. National Geographic named EarthSuds a top 10 best invention. Prior to EarthSuds, Daniel worked in consulting at Bain and at CPG startups Greenhouse Juice and Dosist. In his spare time, Daniel enjoys reading, playing hockey, and spending time with his dog.

Dominique Hadad (she/her) is an engineer and entrepreneur on a mission to build better systems for sustainability initiatives. Dominique is the founder of Green Scope, a consulting firm specialized in operational efficiency and environmental strategy. Beyond her consulting work, Dominique is committed to advancing the conversation around sustainability. She co-hosts the Green Champions podcast, sharing sustainability success stories.

Manda Bwerevu (he/him) is the Co-Founder and CEO of Kuleta, a purpose-driven e-commerce platform connecting women vendors in Africa to global markets, alongside its women’s entrepreneurship training program, Kuza Dada. Born in the Democratic Republic of Congo and raised across Africa and the United States, he is an entrepreneur and policy advocate. He holds degrees from the University of Southern California, Harvard University, and the University of Chicago, accumulating expertise in social entrepreneurship, economic development, education policy, and international conflict resolution. His work centers on advancing economic equity, development, and opportunity through entrepreneurship across the African continent.Rooted in lived experience, neurodiversity, trauma-informed design and over 10 years in global health, education, and B2B SaaS technology Ryn’s work reflects a powerful belief: Healing the planet starts with healing ourselves. Their mission isn’t just to inform—it’s to empower, catalyze, and build a more compassionate, inclusive, and sustainable future.

jøn kent (he/him) is a Detroit-based urban planner, deep ecologist, and co-founder of Sanctuary Farms and Sacred Spaces, advancing food sovereignty, circular food systems, and environmental justice. Their work bridges community-led practice and policy, integrating composting infrastructure, urban agriculture, and nature-based solutions through grassroots organizing and municipal collaboration.

Nicholas Kee (he/him) is the founder of Kee Farms, where he works with Caribbean fisherfolk to restore marine ecosystems through regenerative ocean farming. Inspired by his upbringing in Jamaica, Nicholas is driven to ensure frontline communities lead climate solutions. He looks forward to the trek as a space to reflect, build resilience, and grow alongside fellow founders.
