The 2025 Fellowship Cohort has been selected! Wild Gift is thrilled to introduce this year's Fellows, chosen after a rigorous selection process from a diverse and inspiring pool of applicants. The leaders below distinguished themselves based on their exceptional leadership potential, commitment to social impact, innovative ventures, and eagerness to engage in the Wild Gift Fellowship journey. The upcoming 3-week deep wilderness trek in August-September 2025 in Idaho will be guided by Joe St.Onge, Lead Guide, and Jacinta Gordon, Lead Facilitator. Serena Allen (she/her) is on a mission to provide healthy outdoor air for the 1 billion people impacted by worsening atmospheric conditions where pollution gets trapped in valleys. Originally from the Mojave Desert but currently living in Fairbanks, Alaska, Serena enjoys cross country skiing, hammocking, and road trips. She is the founder & CEO of AirVitalize.

David Diaz (he/him) is a Colombian-American storyteller and environmental educator exploring the deep connections between people and freshwater ecosystems. With a Master’s in Aquatic Ecology and training from the New York Film Academy, he merges science and film to drive conservation efforts. Through collaborations with organizations like Conservation International and Water For People, he highlights both the challenges and solutions facing our rivers. His bicultural perspective and fellowship experiences fuel his mission to deepen community engagement with watersheds and protect aquatic environments.

Ryn Delpapa (she/they) is leveraging the power of creativity, technology, and evidence-based interventions to advance environmental and mental health awareness. Their venture, AR+E COMETS, is a climate-conscious brain health company that empowers diverse minds and under-resourced communities to address the intersection of climate anxiety and cognitive wellness through community-based art programs and immersive educational experiences.
Rooted in lived experience, neurodiversity, trauma-informed design and over 10 years in global health, education, and B2B SaaS technology Ryn’s work reflects a powerful belief: Healing the planet starts with healing ourselves. Their mission isn’t just to inform—it’s to empower, catalyze, and build a more compassionate, inclusive, and sustainable future.

Kayden Kelley (he/him) is the Founder of The Outside Social Club, an organization that creates inclusive outdoor experiences that center people of color through guided adventures and community events. With a background in civil engineering and research focused on the barriers to Black participation in outdoor recreation, he’s committed to breaking down access gaps and building a more equitable outdoor culture. Kayde’s work blends programming, storytelling, and environmental justice to inspire connection and belonging in nature.

Tenny-Ann Dandy (she/her) is the founder of Toothpik, an app and service helping communities and businesses achieve zero-waste through smart sorting and tailored solutions. With a background in public health, policy, and environmental organizing, she acts against waste contamination and its environmental impact. Her passion for empowering communities and driving sustainable change is the inspiration behind Toothpik's mission to create a cleaner, healthier planet for all.

Cody Ley (he/him) is a Michigan-based hemp farmer, builder, and advocate for sustainable construction. Since 2021, he has been developing and growing plant-based housing solutions that work in harmony with nature while addressing affordability and environmental impact.
